Please note that ABAS does not have any jurisdiction over non-ABAS members or organizations. In the event of a breach of ethics for non-ABAS members, do consider submitting a complaint to the agency with the proper authority (i.e. law enforcement, etc.).

How can I report a breach of ethics?

Should you have a concern that an individual may have violated one of more of the ABAS ethics guideline, you can report your concern to the ABAS Ethics department. Please note that ABAS do not have any jurisdiction over non-ABAS members or organizations. Do consider submitting a complain to the agency with the proper authority (i.e. law enforcement, etc.).

Before reporting, do address the issue or concern directly with the individual. Should the issue persist, identify if it is under ABAS jurisdiction, that the ethical guidelines has been breached. If you have garnered supporting documents of the violation, do email us at contact@abasingapore.org with the subject ‘ETHICS Breech - (Reporter’s Name)’
